The most recent sectorial reports vouch for the success of the implementation of the Electronic Invoice among the suppliers of the Spanish public administration.
The first quarter of the year, the public administration processed more than 4.8 million electronic invoices.
The mandatory use of electronic invoices with the public administration, driven by the Law that came into effect on January 15, 2015, has substantially stimulated the sector helping to reduce costs to companies and improving their efficiency.
Other benefits associated with the electronic invoice are the immediacy and security in the transactions.
